Further to this post in which I mentioned the BIG Lottery’s regional head talking about the new youth employment programme, news just in that the £7.5m Birmingham and Solihull bid to the Talent Match programme will be co-ordinated by BVSC.

I think I’m right in saying that this is also the first Lottery programme which is designed to be delivered in LEP areas — and with LEP involvement — rather than ‘regions’ or ‘sub-regions’.
