One week left for northern SE100 sign-ups
Calling all social enterprises in the north of England – there is only a week left to fly the flag for your region by signing up to the RBS SE100 Index.
On Wednesday next week Social Enterprise will be collating our first set of interim statistics from the 2010/11 Index and we will be focusing on the North West, North East and Yorkshire and Humber regions.
The interim statistics will be published in the September issue of the magazine along with profiles of some of the best entrants so far.
In last year’s Data Report the North West beat their northern neighbours by posting the highest average growth among the three regions. The North West also posted the best score in terms of social enterprises measuring their impact for the whole of the UK.
Will the same trends prevail or will the North East close the ten per cent gap on growth? Will Yorks & Humber prove to be doing more work measuring their social impact – there was only eight percentage points difference between the two last time round!
So, if you want your region to be well represented in the index, if you want to give your organisation a chance of appearing in the magazine, and you want to be in with a chance of winning great prizes, what are you waiting for?
