To post 'Your News' you first need to register as a user.
Please note that, although we have a system to try our hardest to stop it, adding email addresses to your profile could risk an increase in spam.
Once registered and logged in, simply go to the 'Your News' page and click on 'post Your News'.
You must ensure that all asterixed fields - your organisation's name and a contact telephone number - are completed to be able to submit a story.
Add a title and paste your news into Article Text - try to keep this short and snappy (about six words is perfect)!. Please do not use capital letters in the title.
You can also add a picture and a picture caption.
Once you submit your news, you can not edit it, although you can contact our editorial team on 020 8533 8891 if you spot a mistake.
Please note that all postings will be reviewed by our editorial team before publishing, so don't worry if it's not up instantly!
